When i did the online checkin before my flight my corner room was on the 16th floor. Upon arrival, 10th floor. The hotel wasn’t able to change it back due to being sold out. Very noisy. Housekeeping was absent. Had to call multiple times just for clean towels. Never emptied trash. Missed our room multiple days. Staff in Foundry Kitchen was attentive.
