I had a pretty good stay here. Nice room with a super comfy bed and a nice big smart tv which was amazing. Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger but always had hot water. Balcony was nice too. The heater was way too noisy to keep on but the room stayed reasonably warm anyway. Walls were quite thin but wasn’t overly disruptive. Quite happy with what I got for the price. Service was excellent from the front desk too 😊

rooms smell like weed and cigarettes. the hotel rents to ghetto people who fight in the morning and night. a bunch of male and female migrant/homeless thugs hanging on the corner all day/night.

Enough is enough!
this hotel doesn't change the sheets daily. the outlets don't work. the AC is extremely dusty. the blow dryer doesn't work. the sinks are stopped up. the shower doors are always stained and not cleaned 100% the front desk guy with glasses is rude and doesn't understand customer loyalty. i sent over 400 dollars and had to beg for 2 bottles of water. the guy with the black turban is unfriendly.

I am reluctant to give the property the wonderful review it deserves- but I did, 5 stars - because then everyone will come and I won’t be able to book it. Very reasonable price, courteous and caring staff. Clean. Good location. And elevator at the Oculus subway stop to avoid the stairs at the Rector street station.

I had viewed the pictures of the property before reserving. The pictures were either "touched up" or of a different area than we saw. Yes, there is a small balcony, but with no view. There is a microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker in the room. No paper products for the kitchen. One juice glass, one regular glass, and one small plate. No ice machine; if you want ice you need to freeze it yourself in the refrigerator. Ice trays were provided. The floors were concrete with one shag rug that didnt appear to have been vacuumed in awhile. The bathroom was very small, water pressure was poor. They did provide Dove products attached to the wall in the shower. If you arrived before check-in they asked for an extra fee, which meant they had a room available. If you say no, they have no where to store your luggage for awhile. I learned this from overhearing a conversation of a couple that arrived about an hour before check-in time. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Room was terrible. Outlets didn't work, we couldn't even charge our phones. The window unit air condition didn't work. The floor was bare concrete with a large crack in it, water was in the floor. Outdoor area in the back was very messy, This was extremely disappointing and I won't stay there again!
