The hotel and it’s staff was very nice! Our room was on the 48th floor, and the skyline view of Timesquare was amazing! I really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional and friendly. Our room was comfortable and had great views of the buildings around Times Square. The only detraction is the street noise, which is due to its location directly on Times Square. For those who are a good sleepers, this hotel rates 5 out of 5. For those who are easily awakened by street noise, this hotel rates 4 out of 5.

Room service quality and accuracy was not up to par. We got bug bites in the room. Lighting in the room was out. Door men were on their phones every time we came back to the hotel and didn’t open the door for us or acknowledge us. We did enjoy the walking distance to time a Square and the water entrance in the lobby was cool

This hotel had a great location for where we were. The room was really nice and the staff very friendly. At check in they knew I was in a hurry for a reservation and got me in quickly. Very pleased with the experience.
