Well maintained older style property with charm. Staff are great. Room size was really good. Bathroom was smallish but well appointed. Note shower is over bath rather than being walk in. Common areas are well maintained. Nice bar and restaurant. Excellent location for everything you need. Can be busy with traffic on 6th Ave so some street noise in our room. We were on the 5th floor. Highly recommended.

Very quiet, didn’t hear any traffic noise. Lovely room kept beautifully. Staff were very responsive, getting us cabs, getting coffee etc for our room, carrying our cases in and out. We highly recommend The Warwick and look forward to returning in a few months.

Overall good experience. They were slow to provide extra amenities, after we called, They also surprised us with a $33 a day mandatory fee to access WiFi or the exercise room. On top of that, they charge a $2.00 per bag fee, to store your luggage before checking in.

For the price the rooms we paid, the utility was way below it’s worth. The thermostat was set at 74 and we couldn’t lower the setting, the toilet was only randomly working, the water in the tub drained slowly leaving a water filled tub to shower, the water was cold on first day and the battery on the remote ran out. The elevator fit only 6 people and there were 3 for a building that has 30 floors? The parking attendant tried to increase the cost of the parking. The proximity however to the main attractions was convenient.

Will gladly stay at the Warwick again!
Spacious and upscale rooms with a vintage/classic NYC vibe. This hotel was such a refreshing break from the sterile modern major chain hotels, yet they offered any and every convenience. Just know that along with the old glam comes older/smaller elevators, so you should give yourself extra time to go up or down at peak hours. I highly recommend this hotel.

When we arrived in our room, there was a dirty sock and a receipt dated that day on the floor. I went to sit on the desk chair and there were crumbs on it. Later found a lid of something under the bedside table. TV had a scratch/dent on it. Staff at the front desk seemed unphased and responded "Thanks for bringing it to my attention". Amenities were minimal. It sort of gave off old-world charm, but lack of cleanliness instead made it just feel old.

Room was spacious and staff were friendly. Very convenient location to Central Park, Radio City, etc. and excellent restaurants nearby. Minor issues with inoperable desk lamp and bar soap for soap dish was not in place at checkin. Elevators are small and limited to 6 people, and there are waits at peak times.
