Ok if taking a shower is not needed.
Almost impossible to take a shower. Water either scolding hot or ice cold; can not balance it; the faucet/balancing valve needs either replacement or the system needs a more thorough overhaul.

I did not like the property. The rooms are very dated with old rugs that do not appear clean. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the staff ignored the issue and did not take care of it for many hours. When I came back to my room, the roach was still there even though I had called three hours before. The bathrooms don’t have a vent and they don’t put Q-tips nor hair caps.

We were upgraded to a King Suite which put oir teenager on a pull out couch which the trip was her Christmas Gift so not comfortable...we then had to request pillows abd bedding 4 times and wait upwards of 90 mins to go to bed to get all the bedding for her to sleep.

Reservation problem. I waited over 30 minutes for my room. They said it seems to be an online reservation problem, but I couldn’t get a suitable explanation about that. And now, they charged another amount for room even though I paid through Expedia!!
