So, Warwick has been our go to for all things Manhattan. You really can’t beat the location and the Old World Guilded Age vibes. A few concerns since our last stay. They stopped serving food at the bar…. Big mistake. The Bar is truly a gem and having a small menu of food was something our family missed. The other negative was security. The staff really didn’t check if anyone coming through the door was a guest. ANYONE and EVERYONE has access to the elevators and thus customers rooms. Last stay, I was greeted and recognized by the Bellmen. This stay…. I could have been anyone and up to no good and NOT a single staff member stopped me from accessing the elevators. They can say customer safety is important but my 8 night stay can attest to the opposite. This hotel is literally near every tourist attraction and with that, safety and security needs to be stepped up drastically. Rooms were clean and servicing was good as well. Lots of great bars and restaurants have recently opened since our last stay so explore the neighborhood when you come. Management, please don’t let a dangerous incident be the final step for you to make changes with your hotel security! Do something now.

The first room we were put in had a bathroom you could hardly turn around it, and a sink the size of a saucer and a ledge above the sink. You can't wash your face without getting water all over the floor. Staff was nice and attentive but they should decommission that room and others like it. They did agree to move us to another room.

Wonderful, old hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for Midtown Manhattan although a bit loud which is expected in this area. Biggest complaint was elevators, which take a while and are typically crowded, part of the charm of a very old building :)

The Warwick was a nice place to stay and was actually pretty quit compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Was a quick walk to theaters and subway to get around easy. Easy walk to Rockefeller and Times Square.

We have stayed at the Warwick for the past four years for our annual trip to NYC. The hotel is in a great, central location close to Broadway, Central Park, dining, subway and all the other things we love to do on our visits. Staff is always very attentive and helpful to our needs. Shout out to Jamal at check-in. Expedia did not get us a wheelchair accessible room for our daughter (even though we requested) and Jamal upgraded our room without our even asking. Wonderful customer service and one of the reasons we keep coming back to the Warwick in New York. PS - thanks for the wonderful weather also!!!

A pleasant stay with a nice amount of space in the room. Only negative was something beyond the hotel’s control which was some ghetto blaster going on the street outside at 2am. The hotel desk sent someone across the street to get it quiet once I called so that was good.
