…while the hotel stay itself was fine (just overnight), you/they failed to mention a parking fee (see receipt). In this day and age, seriously? Apparently, the hotel was built right next to a parking site, which has the concession (and, subsequently, the keys). So… 1-why no mention of this in the description, so any guests would know before making a reservation? 2-having failed that, why no reimbursement to guests? 3-had there been any damage to the vehicle, where’s the burden of responsibility (hotel, parking company)? As if traveling is not already cost-prohibitive, paying to park is unconscionable. You’ve been paid already, so cancelling and going elsewhere wasn’t feasible. This won’t happen again. Appreciate your time and Regards,

Great room
Quick airport pick up and check- in. Incredibly comfortable bed, room was immaculately clean, and the service at the restaurant/ bar was friendly (chicken bacon ranch pizza hot the spot!). The room was peaceful, quiet, relaxing, well decorated, and a great view of the Manhattan skyline. The slippers were just what I needed after 4 days in hiking boots.

Hotel is excellent, just too bad the area surrounding is not safe to walk around which isn’t the fault of the property. Like that the room is newly remodeled with no carpets and the breakfast and airport shuttle is a nice.

The second shift girl at the desk was awesome. The bartender/waiter/cook all in one awesome. Then came the morning called the front desk for a bout 4 1/2 minutes no answer. TV not working Breakfast bar had NOTHING…no jelly scrambled eggs wheat bread and only 5 slices of white bread no bananas no cream cheese I felt bad for the girl doing breakfast manger was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND nor the front desk agent. This was a waste of money very poorly ran CHOICE LOOK AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

Very clean, new, modern inside. Nice views in breakfast/dinner/bar room. Rooftop outdoor seating also. Beds great. Only lacking handheld shower attachment and grab bars inside shower. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff does a great job. Looks like you are entering a jail outside because the lot is secu r ed for airport parking. We would stay again.
