The check in process was terrible. It seems there is limited staff and there was a line of people waiting to check in. Also I had to pay $20 to park and there was no parking. My daughter and I went to a concert and when we got back the lot was over filled. The front desk staff did not have a parking solution and tried to send me to another lot 4min away. The security guard went to check the situation and made myself and another gentleman aware they actually have an overflow parking lot down the street for the hotel. Front desk associates were either not aware or didn’t care to tell any guests. I had to park down the street at 11pm with a little girl. I also had to ask for a parking pass so I didn’t get towed. All the things a hotel should already be handing out. It was complete chaos and would never stay again. If they know parking is an issue one they shouldn’t charge and second they should have a back up plan prior to guests being upset and having to drive around town looking for parking. Overall the place was very unprofessional and very unorganized. I have never seen so many upset guests in a hotel lobby. I wouldn’t have just went home if it wasn’t a 3hr drive late at night.
