A bit confusing to get to from the car rental pick up at Newark, also very limited dining, actually no dining options within walking distance so a car is essential unless you are just on a layover.

Nice and quiet by the airport!
Usually hotels near the airport are loud due to planes flying overhead. Not this one! The room was very quiet and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, I felt safe at this hotel as a female traveler.

I would have left a better star review, but when I took my shower, the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were EMPTY. You're lucky I gave you any stars at all. Therefore staff and service took the hit, because they obviously don't care.

I reserved a room for the Hampton Inn EWR for a flight the next morning. When I booked, there was no mention of pre booking a shuttle. When I dropped off my luggage, there was no mention of it - in fact, they said they couldn't do anything until I checked in later that day. Only when I asked later, they said it was all booked up. This is the only reason I stayed at the Hampton Inn EWR - for the shuttle. Now I'm paying $45 for an Uber.
