Inside the cottage, you will find amazing views of the water from every main room. The entire cottage has been completely renovated, with every inch tastefully fashioned by a professional designer, from the subway tile and quartz counters to the sliding barn doors. We are located next to the Croton boat launch and 5 minutes from the Hardy launch. Snacks and groceries can be found at Gene’s Croton Market, 4 minutes away. Many highly rated restaurants are also nearby, such as Northern Trails Bar & Grill and Driftwood Bar & Grill (accessible via boat from our dock!).

Enjoy activities like boating, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, and fishing on the water. A public boat launch can be found on the southwestern end near the Croton Dam. Anglers tossing out a line can expect to reel in largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, black crappie, bluegill, walleye, and northern pike.
There are multiple parks along the shores of the lake, offering fantastic amenities like tennis courts, campgrounds, places to picnic, a disc golf course, and much more!
