Absolutely lovely house in a great location
We cannot say enough nice things about this property. Every possible thing you could want has been thought of and is readily available. Leigh is wonderful and gave a great run down of the house. She said that if we needed anything, to just ask, but we truly never needed to bother her. A great place to relax between wine tastings. Hang out in the hot tub, or relax by a fire in the living room. Just wonderful ambience no matter where you decide to hang out. Should we even end up staying new Newberg again, we would absolutely stay here.

Amazing stay in Newberg
This home was great. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for cooking. The neighborhood was nice and walkable. The owner lived across the street and was available for any questions or issues and gave great suggestions for dining, groceries and wine tasting. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Across the street from a collegiate campus that is like an arboretum!
As "young"seniors (!), we're picky about beds, and all 4 of us agreed the beds were great! We also were stuneed at the beauty of George Fox University (across the street) with its magnificent trees, stunning truss bridge over a gorge, and beautiful landscaping throughout. A perfect place for morning and evening walks. Hot tub easy to use, large (easily fit the 4 of us) and all very clean!

George Fox Weekend!
Leigh was wonderful! Even with us getting in at 10:00 PM, she was there to great us, and make us feel welcome. Beautiful home, cozy and comfortable, and just steps away from the college! This proximity really enhanced our experience, of George Fox is the one, we will definitely be staying again!

The house is so charming and warm. It's 116 years old but has all the modern conveniences. Leigh is an amazing host. Highly recommend staying here while doing a bit of wine tasting!

Can't wait to go back!
I have to try not to gush too much about Leigh's house, for fear it will be booked next time I want to visit. We were more than pleased with this spacious, clean, and very cozy house within walking distance of all that Newberg has to offer. We found the kitchen amply stocked and great for cooking, the bedrooms were big and had comfortable beds, and our favorite feature was the outdoor lounge area, complete with seating and a hot tub which offers a sweet view of the back porch and side yard. We ended spending most of our time there, given the glorious weather during our summer visit. You can tell that Leigh and her family put much work into restoring this home. We look forward to returning in the future.
