I wanted first say to say that the lady who checked me in on Friday 11/1/24 was wonderful. After that the front desk was awful. And seemed not to be concerned with your displeasure. What was so upsetting was there were no food left at 9:30 for breakfast. We were offered what was up there and sorry. She told us that by the time she makes more food breakfast would be about over. We weren't interested in milk and cereal so left to eat breakfast. Others were complaining about it as well. My husband and I are Hilton Honors members and we are accustomed to better sevice at Hilton. I expected higher levels of customer service.

The hotel was fairly new and that made the facility in good shape. The road noise at night made it difficult to sleep. Although, the cleaners did clean the room. You could tell they were in a hurry and did not do a good job of cleaning the high used areas or check the room was properly stocked. Pool was not available for our use.

Nice place, BUT....
This is a nice, albeit rather expensive (I expect a LOT more for nearly $200), motel. relatively new, quite clean (for the most part), but a bit pricey..Checkin -in employee was very helpful. TV didn't work in the pm or am without assistance. No shower gel in the container. We used the bar soap. Stairway was dirty & not a priority for cleaning although the main hallways were clean & so was the room. I want to give it 4 *,s but will say 3.5 *.

Me and my boyfriend loved that we got to stay here for a short getaway, the room was great and way more spacious than I expected. Everything exceeded our expectations to say the least, we would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest, most comfortable, and nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We randomly stopped here on our way home from our beach camping trip after getting chased by flooding from an emerging tropical storm. This hotel was a welcome respite from that wet & chaotic experience. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The property was good. The breakfast needs some work. There is no single meats available and if you want me to eat with your waffles, you have to get a sandwich and throw everything away and pull the meat off to eat with it. That’s a waste. If you are trying to accommodate convenience, there needs to be sandwich and single meats to go along with the waffles. The waffle batter is very watery. There’s nothing to spray the waffle iron with so it doesn’t stick. The syrup is in a jug and not in little containers to take to the table with you. The breakfast just needs more of a selection. Thanks

The room was very clean, in fact it's our new home away from home when in Newberry. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. Thanks so much and we will see you all again.
