The evening check in staff, he was phenomenal with customer service. However, the next day/moaning the young lady behind the desk appeared annoyed to answer questions and she did not want to be there. Then the cleaning lady was mopping the floors and got upset that I stepped on the tile with the yellow sign to be careful. I returned a few hours later to use the restroom after taking part in the surrounding activities and I made the mistake to ask if I could use the bathroom since the cleaning cart was off to the side and the same lady raised her voice and said, “No!”

A Complete Disaster
The worst customer service I have ever had. There was a wedding the floor beneath us and the floor and furniture were vibrating like an earthquake. The lobby and the front parking area reeked of marijuana. No one told me the wedding reception when I checked in. When I complained, the front desk person first questioned my integrity that I wasn’t told, and then made multiple excuses about how it wasn’t her fault. She never once apologized. The manager never apologized nor made any single refund or rebate for the cost. I will never stay here again. The other key things to know: the facility is outdated and needs upkeep, the grounds are unkept around the overlook building, and the grounds have the feel of a poorly maintained public rest stop along a highway.

The exterior needs cleaning and some fresh paint. The parking lot had trash on the ground as well as the parking lot at the Inn. It does not look appealing when you drive up The stairs were dirty. Everything smells musty The room was clean

Great place for family!! A lot of fun things to do, bbq, boat, hiking, pool, zoo, etc… Everything was walkable, beautiful nature. Only thing was I request “a crib” which means we have a infant(even mentioned in the reservation), hotel room was second floor with NO elevator.. It would be great if hotel booked us on first floor (didn’t look busy) so we didn’t need to up and down on stairs with baby and stroller…
