We offer the flexible and straight-forward option of self check-in for guests to ensure that your arrival process is as simple as it can be.

Our standard check-in times are available from 3pm each day, as well as a 10am check-out time.

Rules for your fur babies

Of course you will want to bring your furry family members along with you during your stay, and we are absolutely delighted for you to do this. However, we do ask for you to be mindful and respectful of this throughout your stay with us. Please ensure that all pets are cleaned up afterwards, just like they would be at home! If your pet goes to the bathroom, please ensure any bags are placed outside in the red council bin, located to the right hand side of the driveway. We also provide plenty of cleaning products under the kitchen sink for any accidental messes, so we would ask that you please do not use the provided linen (such as bath towels/bath mats etc.) for this purpose.

Please note that if these house rules for pets are not adhered to, there may be an extra additional cleaning charge applied to your booking upon check-out. Thank you.

BBQ - Please ensure that the Barbeque is thoroughly cleaned between each use, as well as ahead of your check-out day, for the use and enjoyment of future guests. Thank you!

Early Check in and Late Check Out
We know that travel for vacations, business trips, or family gatherings can sometimes be tricky.. and sometimes even unpredictable. While we’re happy to try and accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, it’s important to communicate your needs in advance. Please let us know in your booking request if you'd like us to consider these options. If we haven’t agreed on adjusted times, we will proceed with our regular schedule, including our cleaners arriving first thing in the morning at 10am. Thank you.

No parties or events
Of course we want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you please respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise and music to a minimum, especially during our quiet hours of 10pm-7am. The property is located in a quiet residential pocket of Birmingham Gardens. Thank you!

Please note: All direct bookings for this property are non-refundable. Once payment has been made to Maison Property Management, and the booking is confirmed, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time, or do not show up to the reservation.
