A few days visiting friends who live nearby. A very friendly place to stay in a location within easy reach of the Metro Centre and the A1. It is the second stay and will certainly be returning in the not too distant future.

Great staff, friendly and helpful; clean room; good dinner food. Quiet, easy parking. Had one problem with room that staff was not able to fix on the one day we were there but it did not cause any great inconvenience.

Friendly and attentive staff - nothing too much bother. A very varied restaurant menu - the three fish stews were very good indeed, expecially the Lebanese. I'll be back again for that alone! All in all a very pleasant stay.

Newcastle Visit
This was our 1st time at this hotel and I have to say that it was an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were excellent and I would like to say that the Two ladies at reception and the restaurant were truly exceptional. The rooms were also very nice and clean and the facilities were of a high standard. Breakfast this morning was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will certainly return when back visiting this area. Many thanks.
