Great value in a good location to walk into town. Clean room. Staff all very friendly. Grab bag with a hot breakfast sandwich is great if you don't want to sit for a full breakfast. Will be back!

Good hotel for night our around Newcastle
Second time here and great stay again, nice friendly staff and good breakfast. Great location for a night out, loads of bars and restaurants outside the hotel.

Another Overall Good Stay / Excellent Staff.
Another overall pleasant stay at The Osborne Hotel. All the staff we met are very friendly, and helpful. We had a twin room with a good shower. Only slight downsides were the restaurant / Kitchen external fan came on at 6.30pm and also in the evening until 10.00pm which mean a constant buzzing noise. However given the excellent price we paid for 3 nights B&B we could accept that. We had no issue on securing on street parking next to the hotel. One evening we purchased a double G&T, and a double Whiskey totalling around £16 from the hotel reception bar which we were allowed to take up to our room. The breakfast is good, and they provide Gluten Free options for my wife. The hotel is based near the city centre. There is a bus stop immediately outside the hotel., and a nearby Metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

A Newcastle gem.
A lovely base to visit the city. Bus stops outside the front door. Great staff, good food and service throughout our stay. Room comfortable and quiet and everything clean and in good condition. The only negative was having a top floor room there were lots of stairs to climb. Would definately stay again.
