Designed over two spectacular and spacious levels, sunshine beams through the house. Two generous master bedrooms with decks feature ocean views and ensuites. Two additional bedrooms with ensuites offer views to the lush garden. Laze by the pool and sip on a cocktail whilst watching the sunset over the Coral Sea. Dine under the stars then sleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Beautiful home. In need of a little repair in a few places to make it worth the high cost to rent.
The home and grounds are beautiful and overall we would recommend it. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated as advertised for July. Also whilst the beach views are stunning, you cannot swim due to possible crocs (as we were told by locals) but this is not mentioned on the ad. Many of the window openings are broken, we had dirty blankets on 2 of the beds, mould on the bathroom ceilings, dirty cutlery in the drawer and general scuff marks on walls. Our bedroom balcony had a broken lock, & one of the downstairs ensuite doors got stuck with our daughter on the inside. One of the main ensuites had a totally clear glass door with the toilet right inside the door. We were not comfortable using the toilet or shower with zero privacy. We had no outside lights near the barbecue and pool, and this issue was rectified within 2 days. We were pleased with the prompt response regarding this. Massage chair was an unexpected bonus. Beautiful lighting and artwork throughout house. Compendium was not left out for us. We had to rummage through a very untidy desk area to try to find the compendium for the wifi password. No other compendiums were found even though the main one references others. It would also be helpful if manuals were available for the appliances as we could not find these and couldn’t use the stove or dryer without them. Poor instructions & information in the house. We enjoyed our stay but felt it was too expensive given the issues and maintenance issues noted

Absolute House
This house is beautiful, location stunning. BUT it is not a 5 bedroom house. What they call the 5th bedroom is a tiny tiny room with a small twin, no dresser, no closet, no nightstand. There are 4 full bathrooms and the 5th has no shower or tub. These things were not listed in the description. Several things didn’t work, frig water and most important to us was the sauna. It needs a good cleaning, we had several dirty towels but we washed them and fixed that problem. We loved the kitchen and main indoor outdoor living areas. It’s a big beautiful house.

Incredible Property!
Our family of 6 spent 5 days at the house. The house did not disappoint. Nice quiet beach. Kids loved the pool! Open floor plan was great. Close to Mossman and a short drive to Port Douglas for activities. Owner was super responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. Five stars!

Amazing house that did not disappoint from website to reality. However we had a water pipe burst in the kitchen an hour after we arrived , which is no ones fault, but on ringing the manager she couldn’t tell us where the meter was to turn it off while a plumber came from 1/2 hr away. Meanwhile 1 of our group is under the bench holding the pipe. We eventually found the meter but had used every towel in the house to clean up. The manager brought over more low quality towels and promised to return next day with better replacements and more coffee pods (only 10 supplied for 8 people, 4 nights) we never saw her again. Even a courtesy call or token gesture for our inconvenience would have made a difference. Also the entertainment system needs simplifying. 4 remotes for the tv, Downloading apps to play music, just a few Bluetooth speakers would do it. Apart from that I would still highly recommend this property , incredible house and location and reasonable price for a group.
