Comfortable bed, soft linen and large balcony in a good hood. The bathroom needs some bleach and the fridge needs to not freeze everything but other than that, I enjoyed as always.

The view was magnificent top floor. Renos were happening so lifts werent great but did enjoy stay

The room had a broken bedside light. The bathroom had a cracked airvent and black mould in corners. No window to open and only a fan for cooling the room. The bed was on wheels so I couldn't sit up and lean back as the bed rolled away!

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely reccomend Veriu Collingwood

The property is quite nice, although it's getting to the point of needing a bit of a spruce up, as several wooden panels in my room were chipped and the air conditioner fins were broken. Most disappointing was that I requested and confirmed king bedding, and instead received two single beds pulled together and made up as a king. This left a very uncomfortable ridge down the centre of the bed. According to the front desk, all rooms are like this, so avoid if you're planning a couples retreat for the thermal springs in the area.
