Overall, the our 4-night stay was good. I checked the bedding and requested a new set because they were dingy and didn’t seem fresh. I left and came back to find they had only made up the bed with what was already on there. I called again to make the same request and they still only changed the sheets and not the pillowcases (which is what caused me to make the request in the first place).

I have stayed before and love it. Water park, casino, rooms are all great. But this time they have changed the bedding. The pillows are really fat and fluffy. I don’t like but can deal. The big deal was the blanket. It’s really thin and itchy!! No extra blankets in the room. Had to put a pillow on my feet to get warm enough to go to sleep. I ask others in my group what they thought (we had 3 rooms). All said the same!!

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable, and I'll definitely stay again. My only complaint i had was that the suites have very dim lighting so we had to turn all lights on and open blinds to even get some light. But truly it's nothing that would stop my from coming again.

Staff was absolutely excellent! Water pressure made this one of the best showers in any hotels in which we’ve stayed. But the property is starting to show its age with worn carpeting and bathroom fixtures. Could use a deep cleaning and update but that is all overcome by the fabulously accommodating staff!

Dirty and Not Worth the Money!
Dirty!! Check in was supposed to be at 4, but we were not able to get into our room until after 6. We were there for a concert, that started at 7. Once in our room, it was very obvious it had not been cleaned. We were in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds. One of the bunk beds had a dirty foot print on it, like someone had stood on the bed in bare feet. The towels in the bathroom were disgusting and clearly had not been changed. We asked for new towels, but never got them. The shower also backed up and clogged. For the money, this place is not worth it. One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in, which is a shame, because the casino and concert were so fun!!

We liked the water park better when it was exclusive to guests staying at the hotel, way over crowded. Also, the restaurant changed from a few years ago, it used to be a nicer more presentable place, food is not the same quality. Shower floor constantly floods when anyone showers.. this place used to be so nice when it opened years ago, this trip was disappointing:/
