Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Room for a larger family or 2 families to share. Split into 2 levels, the main floor offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room and fully stocked kitchen. The main bedroom features a King bed, while the 2nd has 2 twins. The walkout basement with interior(which can be closed off from upstairs living area) and exterior entry points has one bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, a full bathroom and its own full living room area complete with 60" TV, reclining sofa, loveseat, and recliner. There is also a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee station, table for playing games, putting puzzles together, or enjoying a meal. Both levels feature a covered outdoor deck. The complete space is cozy and sure to be enjoyed by couples or groups. No a/c
The neighborhood has enough to offer you wouldn't need to leave to keep yourself occupied- in the summer there is an Olympic size heated swimming pool and lake to take part in swimming. The 40 acre lake can also be enjoyed by paddle boat, canoe, and kayak. There is a game room with ski ball, arcade type games, ping pong, and air hockey. Billiards room is set up with 2 tables. There are pickle ball and tennis courts. Two walking trails one along the Linville river and the other around the lake. Trout fishing is available in the Linville River, right in the neighborhood. Linville Land Harbor golf course for those looking to take a swing. All that and you haven't got out of the neighborhood.
Grandfather mountain is only 6 miles away. Eseeola Spa is 4 miles away. Three ski slopes within a 30 minute drive- Sugar, Beech, Appalachian. Banner Elk is a 20 minute drive, Boone is a 30 minute drive. Close enough to get there but far enough to be out of the traffic. More hiking than you can do in a month very close by. Linville gorge and Falls no farther than 15 minutes away. Linville caverns, Wiseman's view, Linn cove viaduct, the list can go on. Two winery's close by- Linville Falls Winery and Grandfather Mountain Winery. Come for a weekend or awhile and enjoy the NC high country.
