Located in the heart of Newport, this resort offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities.

Step back in time with tours of the nearby Gilded Age mansions, once home to the Astors, Vanderbilts, and other elite families. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Narragansett Bay offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and sailing. Enjoy a leisurely game of croquet on the lawn, have a barbecue at the resort's pavilion, or take a short walk to Newport Fisherman’s Wharf.

At the resort, there’s something for everyone. Unwind in the lush indoor pool with a soothing hot tub, or soak up the sun by the outdoor pool. Important Information:

The resort’s pools and hot tubs will be closed for renovation from March 8, 2024, through mid-October 2024. Renovations will also be underway on the exterior of the Main building and Wicker Lounge. Expect some noise, dust, odors, limited parking, and work crews during this time. Dates are subject to change.

In the second bedroom -bed layout can vary. Queen or two twins are possible.

A $250 security deposit will be required at check-in, secured with a credit card.

Complimentary parking is provided for one vehicle per suite.

This is a non-smoking resort.

Some two-bedroom units have multi-level floor plans with stairs.

Not all units are equipped with washers, dryers, or balconies.

Before check-in, please provide the name and address of the primary guest, which must match the photo ID presented at check-in.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

Room assignments are made at check-in. Please note that room layouts and furniture may vary from photos.

The resort is responsible for unit maintenance and may alter or close amenities due to COVID-19 or other factors. KOALA ensures your check-in and unit category but is not responsible for the condition of the unit or resort services.
