The resort has a beautiful view. The bed was litter old but it was ok. The cleaning service had a little problem as they forgot to put towels in the room. But they brought them to us quickly after we called. Over all, we enjoyed staying in this resort.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Our room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but it didn't. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they were very apologetic and offered us two roll-out beds. We really appreciate them being so accommodating. The hotel was also incredibly clean and spacious. It's the perfect spot for families to stay.

AMAZING
Amazing place. I mistakenly booked the date for the wrong date, and the app said that potentially would need to pay for the canceled date AND the actual date. I called directly to Embarcadero Resort and they were able to accommodate me and did not have to pay for double the date. They were so understanding and helpful. The staff was a 10/10! The place is beautiful, it was a very relaxing get away with the family!

The condos are old but the one we stayed in had been remodeled. It no longer had a fireplace and I think it would have been nice to have one. The TV only worked intermittently and we had staff come 3 times to try and fix it. It was not able to be fixed. Our unit was on the ground level and there were small children screaming and running upstairs. You could hear every footstep. The views were beautiful. We loved the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If we decide to stay again we will choose a top floor unit.
