Very long check-in time. There is a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee, tea or sugar. There is only one bathrobe in the closet. Breakfast is not included.

Wonderful Renovations!!!
What an improvement a year makes, we always stay here at least 2 times a year, the renovations came out beautiful, tasteful and cohesive. Staff were very attentive and accommodating! If I had to point out two areas I would improve easily would be: -pavement where you unload car, wait for valet and get first impression was dirty each day except our last day, I’d power wash it and touch it up as the rest of the property is wonderful! -you have one of the best views for dining, however your pricing and service do not compare to other restaurants. Prices are crazy high and service needs a lot of training. Honestly easy fixed that don’t cost anything and will reap major benefits to all of the exceptional things going on at your property. Kudos and congratulations!

My friends and I stayed for two nights. I will NOT return, nor recommend anyone stay here. I tried contacting the hotel several times before arriving to request rooms next to friends, but could not get anyone on the phone l, when I finally did I spoke with a manager, Emily, who was rude and mocked my frustration. Upon check in we were not met with any hospitality at all. It was as if we were inconveniencing the staff to check in. Every question was met with a condescending response. Everyone seemed miserable. The second day we received a phone call asking why we hadn’t checked out yet, I was completely taken back bc we were booked for two nights. I then went to the front desk and again was met with a poor attitude. I showed the receipt for our two rooms for two nights and he didn’t say thank you or sorry for inconveniencing me. Then he said that one of our rooms was never checked into yesterday, I said that couldn’t be the case when we have keys for both rooms. I said I didn’t understand. And he said someone else would look into it further. He said it was a mistake. Never gave an apology or smile. Nothing. Again the staff made me feel like I had done something wrong or inconvenienced them in some way. I have NEVER encountered such poor customer service and expect more hospitable interaction when traveling.

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversity! The staff couldn't have been more happy for us.We started out with an room upgrade with our private patio. It was amazing, view right on the habor. I used open table to make dinner reservations,very easy to use. Our table was perfect. Menus had many choices. The amenities at the hotel are fabulous - a shuttle van to town, a water taxi, nightly fire pits, lounge areas all overlooking the harbor. This hotel has it all.

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 30 times but this last weekend was my first time staying under new ownership. The room was very expensive for the service I received. The ceiling was leaking water, the room telephone didn’t work, I must have called the hotel at least 12 times from my cell phone before someone answered and I had to ask to have my room made up several times because housekeeping never came.

The hotel staff at the front desk were incredible. I could see how hard they were working. They remained pleasant and helpful at all times!!! They made a big difference in my stay!!

Noisy Room HVAC
Everything was excellent, except the HvAC system in our room was very noisy and made it very difficult to sleep. We had the maintenance guy check it out, but they said there was nothing they could do and all the rooms were that way. Hard to believe that that would be the case and that more people would not complain about the issue. We asked to change rooms if it could not be fixed and that is when they told us it was that way in all the rooms.
