We enjoyed our stay at the Hammets Hotel. The staff was very friendly. We arrived into Newport a lot earlier than planned and the hotel staff was kind enough to allow us to check in early which was great. If you are looking to travel to Newport. The Hammets is right in the perfect location and it’s very close to so many things in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is new and modern. Rooms are very small unless you are in a suite. No refrigerator available in the small room. Bed was comfy and location of the hotel was very convenient. The parking was unavailable due to the boat show and we had to park 10 min away. Very inconvenient due to the area being very busy and traffic was heavy. Front desk associate had 0 personality and was not helpful.

Had no idea that there was no bar, restaurant or breakfast. There was coffee in the morning. Rooms are nice but very small as well as the bathroom but if you are use to living on a boat it feels large! Location was excellent!

The valet was friendly and fantastic. Staff was excellent. The room itself was lacking for the cost, no ventilation in the batnroom made for uncomfortable situation. The outlet by the sink did not work so had to blow dry hair sitting on floor. Small room and a bit noisey. The location and staff were fantastic but for 400 for one night we expected a bit more for the room.

Great place to stay - close to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and got us a reservation at the onsite restaurant when it was fully booked. The room we had was on the small side but clean and comfortable.

Perfect location! Beautiful waterfront spot in the heart of Newport. Comfortable room, great view, nice outdoor patio on the harbor. Convenient valet parking. Great staff! Room is compact but comfortable. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect, Staff courteous and friendly. Arlene welcomed us upon arrival. Carlos was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and very accommodating! Bathroom was little tight. Surprised there wasn't a "safe" in the room! We'll definitely be back!
