Breathtaking beauty awaits you! Enjoy all of the tranquility and rejuvenation with family and friends by experiencing what the blessed Oregon coast evokes in people. The only things separating this beloved ocean front home and the Pacific Ocean are a few seagulls and a beautiful beach, and all of this is awaiting for you to enjoy and experience! As you overlook the beach there are trails that take you down the hill(or safe steps at the Park-1 blk south) to place your eager toes in the sand and leisurely walk along the miles and miles of sandy beach.

As you cuddle and rest on the deck during your retreat, relax and put your feet up and gently look to your left and see the boats enter and exit the harbor jetty, while listening and watching the waves crash and to your right the majestic view of the Yaquina Head Light House... All of this and more awaits you!

This three or four bedroom two and a half bath home is located on a private road with plenty of parking.**Many of the appliances have been updated and the walls recently painted!! You are just minutes away from the Yaquina State Park and Yaquina Bay Light House, and a five minute stroll to restaurants and fifteen minute stroll to the bay front shopping! The Newport Aquarium is a minutes drive as well as The Hatfield Marine & Science Center. When we say In the Heart of Newport- We Mean it!!

Heaven on earth!!
This matriarch of the fam, spent 5 days out on the deck/big room/fire pit. Heaven for me!! All had a blast!! We'll be booking again next year. Only thing to make it better is, screen doors installed ocean side and screens on the windows you can open thru out. Add TV in big room 💞🤗

Loved the house and location. Was nice to have bedrooms at opposite ends with common areas between. This let the early risers not interrupt those that sleep in. The trail to the beach at the house is steep/rough, but there is good access a block in either direction. Used the fire pit and outside tubs almost every night.

Had a fantastic stay at this one of a kind beach house. Tons of space and perfect location. Walkable to Newport historic area and Nye Beach shops which was pretty great. The views are incredible and the deck with a fire pit made for wonderful evenings making smores. The pictures are accurate and everything was quite clean. It’s an older beach home so not renovated to the nines but that actually means it had some character and was great for us. All of the important things were in great shape. Plenty of cookware although maybe could use a few more glasses. Also the bbq is charcoal (which was provided) which worked great but important to know. Would 100% stay again when in Newport.

Really great location! Trail to beach ok for all of us, bathtubs ---liked the hot water! Would really benefit to have an actual hot tub we all felt!!! Teens loved the media room, master suite beautiful view and space, had to draw straws for that one!!! All in all very good family trip!

The house is great, loved the ocean view! Loads of space for everyone! Would be handy to have a paper posted with details like, how to get into the garage for the bbq, which we didn’t find until right before we went home. Bring your own tp - the toilet paper is a very thin, rough 1 ply! All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is fabulous. Wonderful ocean view. The slider from the kitchen wasn't working and is leaking. The house was not very clean, could use a good scrubbing or maybe new housekeeping service?

Incredible beach front home. We felt the pictures could not do it justice. The views of the sunset and hearing the ocean waves. Priceless. The two bath tubs overlooking the ocean were epic and with hot water!!! Kids played on the beach all day everyday. The property had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Great outdoor shower area for washing kids and the dog before heading inside. Hope to stay here again.

Winter king tide trip
Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils coffee and tea. Beautiful bathrooms very roomy. Overall a great place to stay. Power went out and was out for several hours. Night was coming on. Richard had given a number for firewood delivery it arrived and thank goodness for the fireplaces.

Christmas on the coast
Everyone enjoyed the house. It is in a great location. It was very clean. Well stocked with paper products and towels. There is plenty of room to spread out if you want to. We spent a lot of time playing games at the table in the living room facing the ocean. The only thing I'd say is that plates, cups and teflon cookware need replacing. We cooked mostly on the griddle as we didn't want to cook on teflon that is peeling. It would also be nice to have a few more comfortable seats in ocean facing living room. That said everyone was in agreement that we would go back again. It's a great place.

Wonderful location!
The tubs looking out over the ocean was such a unique,incredible and relaxing experience. Although the layout was not completely flowing and the trash can in the kitchen was hard to maneuver, the kitchen had everything you needed, the bathrooms were incredible, the kids loved the movie room, the mattresses were very comfortable and every thing was clean. We loved watching the waves crash on the shore from the windows. Thank you so much!

Hawaii-like thanksgiving day
We stayed over thanksgiving holiday. The weather was fantastic!! The room with the 2 queen beds felt like we were in Hawaii, room and view were stunning. Kitchen was fully stocked to make thanksgiving dinner , we enjoyed walks on the beach and good food. My teen boys LOVED the movie room, that was their fave. We snuggled up and had family movie night. The house was clean and loved all the clean towels available. We enjoyed the fire pit on a clear fall night, dreamy. Had a wonderful time. Host was wonderful, house clean and cozy, communication great. Thank you for a wonderful thanksgiving memory.
