Come enjoy this one of a kind 'Cabin' located in the peaceful and secluded Audrey Ln neighborhood just 5 minutes outside of Newport, WA and on the beautiful Pend Oreille river. Over 100' of rocky shoreline. Bring the kids! Cat/dog friendly.
The river is perfect for all water sports including fishing, kayaking, and boating. Kayak down only 250 yards to a local secret, the best beach on the entire river with Caribbean-like sand, only reachable by water. For those working virtually there is lightning fast fiberoptic internet with a full work station equipped with large dual monitors and HP Thunderbolt docking station (2nd full station available upon request). Large kitchen with plenty of seating and all the cooking utensils you need. Don't feel like cooking? Have pizza delivered by Westside Pizza, a local favorite.
The property includes a wonderful firepit, single Kayak, plenty of life jackets including jackets for children, corn hole, polish freebee (beersbee) for the beach, board games, hard wired outdoor speakers, huge deck, very private walkout patio, propane BBQ, Blackstone flattop (upon request).

We were visiting family on the river and this location provided the perfect set up to do so. Beautiful location, excellent landscape, cabin is incredible, has a dock with kayaks that you can take to a nearby island or beyond. Very close to excellent hiking and Sightseeing. Would recommend it at any time! Thanks

Fantastic Weekend Getaway
We had a great time staying at this riverfront house. The host was super easy to work with and the property was beautiful and really well kept. We brought two dogs with us and they had plenty of room to roam in the fenced backyard while we were out enjoying the sun. The place is also well prepared for any young ones you might have, with child locks on drawers and a gate on the stairs. Definitely well worth it and we would easily stay again!

Incredible Property!
Our daughter got married in the area and we wanted a relaxing, comfortable place for our immediate family and good friends to stay. This property exceeded our expectations! This home is gorgeous and has everything you would need. The owners respond quickly to any questions and are easy to work with. The home is right there on the river and it is peaceful and beautiful. The house is well maintained, clean and inviting. I am thankful we got to stay at this incredible property our daughters wedding weekend. It was a perfect weekend in many ways. I would loved to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is big and open and perfect for a family get together. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view! The patio and fire pit were gorgeous and made for a fun place to gather and make s'mores. The hosts were easy to work with and they thought of every touch to make their well appointed home perfect for our group. Close to town but you wouldn't know because it is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area on the river. Will definitely stay here again.
