Overall we really loved the Outlook Inn! The included breakfasts were excellent, very attentive staff, beautiful accommodations. The upper level deck was a great treat- overlooking the harbor was my favorite part. Very quiet, conveniently located.

We found this Inn to be an absolute gem! The Inn Keepers were very kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. The hot breakfast included each morning was restaurant quality. The value can’t be beat. We highly recommend!!

Newport getaway
This was a brief getaway for us to a new location. The Outlook Inn was a great escape for us. It was clean, the staff was great. Serena was welcoming and cordial. She gave us the scoop on restaurants and local attractions. The rest of the staff was attentive and the breakfasts were delicious. Best of all, the Inn was within walking distance of downtown Newport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Serena was friendly, informative, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to! Room 11 is awesome! It has its own private outside balcony with tables! The ladies in the kitchen cooked up unique, amazing breakfasts every day! Sooo delicious! Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and having a kichenette was a bonus! The location of the Inn was so convenient and within walking distance to many things we wanted to do! I highly recommend the Outlook Inn!
