This luxurious and spacious house is located at the heart of Crantock; a chocolate box pretty village with numerous thatched buildings. Clemens Beach House is situated on a secluded private lane which only leads to Crantock Beach, National Trust Headland and the South West Coastal Path. The house has stunning sea views from several windows and will comfortably sleep four people.
There's a huge bedroom with a king size bed on the ground floor, and a double bed is in the mezzanine area at the top of the stairs.
LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION
It's all about views and location: turn left out of the drive and walk straight onto a path leading across the headland and down onto the beach, or to several other beautiful coastal walks including Polly Joke and Holywell Bay. A walk to West Pentire leads to C-Bay café- bistro with its stunning views of Crantock Beach, food served all day and a spa offering a variety of treatments; as well as a swimming pool and tennis court.
Turn right and you are quickly In the centre of the village. The popular Jam Jar Kitchen is an excellent Pizza restaurant. The thatched and pretty Albion pub also sits in the heart of the village opposite the friendly Cornishman pub, serving good food and hosting a weekly quiz night and other entertainment. Both are a five minute walk away. A short drive offers a selection of restaurants, including the renowned Fish House at Fistral Beach. There’s easy access to many other excellent restaurants.
Once home, sit and watch a glorious sunset, or just look at the sea, from the comfort of the huge comfy sofa and chairs. The property has full central heating and lots of creature comforts . We offer our guests a warm welcome with homemade scones, clotted cream and strawberry conserve, accompanied by a chilled bottle of Prosecco.
THE LAYOUT
Your ground floor entrance hall leads to a large bedroom, with a king sized bed with super comfy mattress .The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
French windows lead out from the bedroom, onto a private garden terrace with comfy garden furniture and a Weber BBQ. There’s an outside shower (warm water!) for returning surfers and sandy dogs.
Upstairs, all areas have sea views. The stylish, comfortable and spacious sitting room has a huge sofa, two big armchairs and a Smart TV. There's a very well equipped kitchen and dining area . A recessed mezzanine area at the top of the stairs, and next to the living room, has a double bed and more sea views.

DOGS
We are dog friendly and can accommodate up to two well behaved dogs. We request that dogs are not left unattended.
BEACH
Year round dog-friendly Crantock Beach has something for everyone: great waves for body boarders and surfers, water sports tuition and equipment hire including SUP boards and tuition. RNLI operates a lifeguard service during summer months.
For walkers, there is direct access to the south-west coastal path and a variety of coastal walks are accessible directly from this property. The River Gannel estuary is idyllic for waterside walks, bird watching and stand-up paddle boarding.
AREA
Crantock is also a great central location for accessing a number of Cornwall’s best tourist attractions, including the Eden Project, the cathedral town of Truro, St Michael's Mount and the stunning harbour towns of St Ives and Padstow. Newquay, with a variety of attractions, restaurants, beaches and activities is only 3 miles away.

European travellers will recognise the centre of Crantock village as it is used frequently for filming episodes of a German TV drama series that is based on the novels of Cornish novelist Rosamund Pilcher. Other areas in Cornwall where filming of Rosamund Pilcher's novels takes place are a short drive away.one
