Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.

Condo at Sunday River
Property was clean and location to slope side access was very good. The kitchen was well appointed. That being said, the bed was broken on one side (two broken wheels), making it completely lopsided. The comforter is torn and has holes. The light beneath the microwave was not working. Three lamps in the condo did not work. The hot water is limited, but sufficient when the 6 of us (the condo is at capacity with 8 ppl) timed our showers to 5 minutes each.
We reported these issues to maintenance upon our departure.
