You'll be MINUTES from the falls, restaurants and casino's! My place is located in a quiet community close to Lyons Creek and numerous cafe's, restaurants and grocery stores. The house is brand new and nicely finished with modern appliances, high-quality finishes and free parking

Great House But No Coffee, Poor Property Manager
Beautiful house, immaculate, great location but I had a uncomfortable time in morning as the coffee maker didn't work and the property manager did not address the issue when addressed. I had a horrible time with property manager getting the access code to front door lock, finally got it one hour before check in.

Niagara Falls Trip
The house was as described and clean and convenient to visiting Niagara Falls. Renters should be aware that there is a security deposit required that is not mentioned in the listing and that the property management company makes you upload a picture of your drivers license/ID and a selfie. I thought this was odd as I have never had to do that before when renting on VRBO and wasn’t really thrilled with them having my drivers license information.

Great location. Instructions for check in check out straightforward. Just need a bit more linens, pillows and maybe include dishcloths, or paper towels. Overall clean and spacious.

Bummer of a stay
When we first arrived another family was there attempting to check in. Luckily our door code worked and we tried to help them as best we could. According to them the owner canceled their stay and our stay was for quite a bit more $ There was trash all over the backyard, and accompanying bugs. The kitchen was the biggest obstacle, very few basics for cooking including knives, cooking sheets, dish soap and towels, and no garbage can in the kitchen!! there were no extra linens, pillows, towels and no privacy curtains on the master bath window which looked out on the street. The location wasn’t worth overlooking all the house was lacking. Worst of all the coffee we here assured would be provided, was not. The owner was unreachable during our stay. We were charged a premium for the eclipse and ended up leaving a day early.
