A lovely home surrounded by beautiful gardens- Joyce and John are very gracious hosts and have created a lovely oasis of tranquility. The breakfast was amazing- my partner and I got the Eggs Benedict, which was prepared to perfection. Highly recommended!

What a lovely stay at Bedham Hall. Joyce and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and she had many little perks to make it even sweeter like a fridge with waters, sodas, yogurts, as well as tea/coffee available 24/7. We really enjoyed the stay.

This is a beautiful property hosted perfectly by Joyce who immediately made us feel welcome. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was delightful. We would definitely recommend this place although if you have a problem with stairs it would be a problem.

Beautiful B&B for a Family Gathering
John and Joyce were the perfect hosts and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Our room overlooked the garden, had a deck and a private entrance. Our breakfasts were delicious, especially the omelets and Eggs Benedict. The location is only one mile from the falls on the river. This was the perfect place for our family gathering at Niagara Falls.
