two night stay. This is in a great location a short walk from top of Clifton Hill. Rooms was dated, which had a certain charm and was clean. There was no utensils/cutlery, but a fridge /freezer, microwave and old style filter coffee machine. There are no net curtains, so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy as rooms face out onto the walkways. Used the laundry and ice machine which were a good addition and worked well.

The room and washroom had bad smell when checked in. Bad smell was coming from washroom whole night. Air conditioner was not working. Therefore we had to open the windows and then welcomed by mosquitoes. We did not sleep for whole night. Worst stay experience. I recommend travellers not to stay there. Total waste of money.

Property was fairly good. It was clean and had all the necessary items for my brief 1 day stay with my family. The location is about 10 mins walk from the falls. The property was surprisingly quite when I consider that its just a few steps away from the extremely busy and noisy streets.
