Only 1 elevator and it's the slowest in the country! $30 for parking is insane! Ice buckets are useless as the ice melts immediately and there's only one place to get ice ...on the first floor.

Checked in to Comfort Inn. We were given room 602. We had requested upper level room. Room was small but ok. The beds were not. Old and seemed like they would fall in at any time. Mattresses old and saggy. Went back to desk. Requested another room. Instead of upper level we got lower level-basement room. They call it ground level, no basement. Around the corner behind the elevator. It was damp and smelled moldy. No regulation on the blower for the air. Blowing hard directed out of the wall toward the beds. No way to redirect the air. Beds are old and lumpy. Breakfast room in basement. VERY small. Line up to get in. No food is not to be taken out of this room. They have a attendant to be sure you don't. Not a good selection at all for breakfast.

My room was with a view of the falls and they gave me one on the 4th floor which couldn't see anything of the river. I also asked for another one at reception and they didn't give me a solution. the spa water really dirty and I had problems paying my guarantee with a credit card

We had a very nice time with my family. Comfortable and clean, and quiet room, basic needs were met. Breakfast was standard, missed having some fruit, would be a great addition.

I read that parking was available, but wasn’t aware it would cost us $30 a night. I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had I known beforehand. Our room was on the second floor in a building attached to the hotel and didn’t have an elevator forcing us to carry our luggage up the stairs. Very outdated. Breakfast was in the main building and was very crowded. We had to wait in line and were given a 20 minute time frame once we were given a seat. The staff at breakfast seemed unfriendly and were rushing people.

The manager was hostile and the rest service had poor attitude. The room I was assigned to was very noise(music and horn sounds.The rooms poor drawers. The refrigerator did not work.

The hot tub was very mocky, and the water is dirty and needs to be drained cleaned and sanitized ... the rail at the indoor pool is broken and very unsafe for guest to hold going into the pool. Outdoor pool is great.
