It was very close to the falls and state park. Also border to Canada. Everything was good but there can be improvement on the breakfast, out of order drinks both days. Overall would stay there

The hotel is steps away from Niagara Falls State Park with all the hiking trails and the falls and is at a very reasonable price. Hot breakfast was good.

Great overnight stay right at the Falls! You can see the park from the bedroom window. Just cross the street and you are minutes away from the falls. We also enjoyed the short walk to the casino.

We booked this location because it had pictures in the description with a pool and hot tub Upon checking in and asking where the pool was I was informed that they have another property and use the pictures from that hotel. Try timer to five young children who were planning on swimming!

Pictures not accurate-old, not maintained hotel
If you are looking for a decent and clean hotel, this is not it. Veery poorly maintained, not clean, cheap breakfast. The pictures are from maybe 15 years ago or more when it was new and clean. Would not recommend. The only good thing is the location near the park.
