Birthday in Niagara Falls
Stayed at this hotel while celebrating my birthday in Niagara Falls. The hotel is clean, check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. There was complimentary chocolate chip cookies, coffee and tea available. Complimentary coffee and tea was available 24hrs My room was clean and comfortable. It is walkable to almost everything yet not in the heart of the noise area. Breakfast was also very good. Friends came over to play cards with us and the staff facilitated this by allowing to have a table and chairs in a corner of the lobby for the evening. I really liked this hotel and will definitely book here again. I certainly recommend this hotel

We were in handicapped accessible room. There needs to be hooks in the bathroom near the shower stall so you can reach a towel when getting out. Also, since there are no lids on the toilets, a small stool would be welcome.

Away from the downtown but close enough to everything else.. Old Casino a 3 min walk - Couple of nice restaurants close by. $20 Parking was a big perk

Wow. How is this only a 2 star?
Bonus! Our room was available early. 2 queen suite with sofa bed. 2 tv's, 2 closets, and plenty of room. Check in was quick and easy. A little perplexed about the extra fee, but it seems like everyone is doing it. I ended up on the sofa bed. The mattress was in rough condition. I should have just used the sofa. Everything else was great.

Great location
Great location-close to the Falls but not so close to be in the center of activity. Definitely walkable to most attractions. The free breakfast included eggs, sausage, and waffles on top of the usual offerings.

The room was clean and nice (we had a room with a jetted tub) and the included breakfast was good and plentiful. However, there was loud music coming from outside the hotel every night until about 2:00 in the morning! We talked to someone at the front desk about it and they said they were aware of it, but were not able to do anything about. Apparently they had called the city before to complain but nothing was done. Other than the loud music every night, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was close to everything. The bad they dont make your bed replinish the coffee suplies or even clean your room unless you stay over 3 days. For the price they should at least make the beds and replenish the coffee supplies.

Hotel was great! Clean and the staff was friendly. We were able to walk most places downtown. Just far enough away from the hustle & bustle to be quiet at night but within walking distance.
