We spent 2 nights in september. The hotel location is great and area around is very walkable, also safe. Hotel security is good, can enter lobby only with key card access. There is a lot of parking. Room is large and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with tasteful decor.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Had to pay $23 for parking and had to park vehicle in Tim buck two….. front desk said it was because people who are dining at the keg restaurant use their parking. Our door to get in to our room was stuck and was NOT easy to open with one hand we had to put our bags and luggage down to open the door with both hands. Wifi was horrible and kept cutting in and out. Manny the maintenance guy came to help with an issue with the TV and he was by far the nicest worker in that hotel. I was all in all expecting so much more from this hotel chain especially for the price.. even the tub had some random hairs in it.. I will be staying else where from now on unfortunately…. This hotel in my opinion was Five star pricing for 2 star quality

We stayed in the presidential room. It was nice to have the extra room. The room was very nice and clean. The shower was a draw back as it was a small square shower, so not a lot of room for moving around, and forget shaving your legs in there. But it has great pressure and was clean. The bathroom sink has a bad clog, so the sink filled up fast even if just barely turning on the water. I told the staff, so hopefully they get that fixed. Their pictures show the falls like you can see from the hotel, but that doesn't happen, trees are in the way. But still enjoyed and could see the fireworks from our window.
