We love the room, the size and look of it. Absolutely loved the hot tub. We found hair in the tub which wasn’t a huge deal but I hate hair especially when it doesn’t belong to me and it was a bit inconvenient that there was no mini fridge—my husband has medication that needs to be refrigerated and I just assumed all hotels have one as I have never been in a hotel that did not have one. Also it is a bit inconvenient that ice is only located on the first floor. It is in a very good location and easy to go for dinner.

Great Place To Stay, for a very reasonable price! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Our room was clean and comfortable. Pool area, hot tub and sauna all worked well and we're clean. Breakfast was Continental and was good. We would stay here again!

The only really good thing was the proximity to attractions. Annoying was the tv not working, the pool being closed for maintenance, and the requirement to pay for parking. I don’t know of many people that don’t drive to a hotel. And if your pool is closed for maintenance let it be known and adjust your price accordingly. Gross was the fact that our child’s toy came off the floor with long black hairs all over it - my partner has blond hair.

The hotel, staff and room were very good The breakfast was too much shrinked. There was not any kind of egg Breads were looking expired date Hot water dispenser was out of order no coffee no tea for 2 consecutive days

When I entered my room I was super happy to see how clean it was! Also, I love that the bathrooms had dove products than random unheard of brands. My only concern is both me and mom stayed at this hotel and we both got Covid even though we both stayed at different times of the year. It could be the surrounding places or restaurants and not necessarily the hotel in itself but it was a weird coincidence since my mom came in in summer and I in winter. I wish beds were firmer !

Overall i really liked the hotel, it was clean and located in a good area. However, the rooms were a tad outdated and there were a few issues such as the bathroom door scraping the floor when opened/closed and lamps not working properly. However, we enjoyed our stay and i would return.
