We stayed for a mini baby moon and the property served its purpose. Clean, good swimming and gym facilities and the staff were good at the front desk. The night security were not great. A couple Nextdoor were in a physical altercation and screaming at each other. We could over hear them fighting about money lost at the casino and it was 3am. We called security and they came but did nothing. The front desk comped our parking which was nice although not sleeping the night before departure wasn’t ideal. Luckily we didn’t have far to go. Overall a good experience and would stay again as it was a one off inconvenience and the property was apologetic in the morning.

The reception didn’t smile at all even though I was friendly. I asked just 2 simple questions and hey gave me a hard time about it was the first time there so I had no idea.

Second time here, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym. Beds are comfortable. Shower wasn’t draining well. Wonder if they’ll consider a nut free option for their welcome cookie for those with an allergy. Walking distance to Clifton Hill

Great family stay!

I stayed here with my two children for one night because we had never seen Niagara Falls or stepped foot in Canada, which is odd since we live in New York City. Front desk staff was exceptional, and they texted after check in to ask if there were any issues. View of the Falls was fun, and a nice easy walk to anything you might need. Very convenient. Pool facility was a lot of fun for the middle of winter!

Spent a long weekend here with our 2 year old. He loved the pool! Close to everything, yet not right in the thick of it. Will definitely be back! Wife took advantage of the spa services while we were there and she would highly recommend the full body salt scrub by Briana!
