The bathroom is too old and the shower is not clean! The staff is not friendly at all! The pool is old with a dead atmosphere! The awful thing was the breakfast which was so bad! Not recommend at all

I gave an overall rating of 1 star due to the fact that the cost of the hotel is over priced for what you get. Yes there are things they give you like free drinks and a couple of breakfast vouchers. This does not make up for the charges they impose on you for other services! We used the full valet service, we were told 100 per night. What they did not say was yes this doesnt include the HST and other charges bringing it to 125 per night! Further more, they had my truck like most others using this service outside in the rain, snow and frost, yet others who were not using the full service had there cars / trucks parked underground. How is this fair! They had to leave my truck running to defrost it costing me more money in gas! Shouldnt it be reversed. The premium vehicles underground! Then an internet charge of 9.95 for use of the internet even though we had a code plus tax and there horrid DSC fee for everything, the fee some places charge for upkeep and maintenance! Yes they never disclose it! To add to our insult, there was an issue with my card, rather than calling me or asking me to pop by the front desk. They didnt do that they locked us out of the room! My wife stood there for 20 minutes waiting for security to let her back in the room while I went back down stairs to be told NO. She had to wait for me to return to let her back in! I find this insulting and rude! for the so called level of service, they failed here miserably!

It was very convenient to the falls within walking distance and gorgeous view from our suite. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Parking fees are a bit ridiculous but the valet staff was wonderful.

My only complain is waiting 30mins for an elevator which never came so we walk 28 floors down... elevator service is horrible

The view from the room was incredible! The 5am fire alarm, however, was not. Aside from that, the room itself was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast wasn't the best. Definitely will stay there again.

Amazing Stay!
It was amazing, the staff were so helpful, polite and friendly. The room was beautiful and spacious, we got the room with a view of the falls and it was breathtaking. Will definitely visit again and recommend to our family and friends
