The room was really clean and well-maintained. However, it would be great to put in some effort and get shower area grout cleaned so as not to put off your guests. It was so gross. The breakfast is just sad - first time ever that we literally had to stand in queue for over 10 minutes, hold on to trays dripping wet just to come to empty food stations. No place to sit either. They really need double their buffet table or at least spread it out.

The breakfast buffet has changed drastically and gone downhill in a big way. It is no longer hosted on the 9th floor with a good view, instead it is located on the main floor and you get a nice view of a parking garage. The buffet food was terrible, eggs are pre-frozen and never brought back to temperature. Selection was terrible as well. We will not be returning.
