As others have mentioned, the property has some construction happening. But that didn’t affect our stay at all - we didn’t hear any noise and weren’t inconvenienced at all. Room was very clean and comfortable. I wish they had the Food Network :) but everything else was great. The parking is expensive - $70 for valet and $35 across the street (on a Friday night) but all the hotels charge high rates. Overall it was a great stay and we would go there again. All the stay we spoke to were lovely and I appreciated that.

Top floor suite
The suite was called a "Presidential Suite", but it's only a regular room plus a sitting room. The view was nice, including the Canadian Falls with full colours at night. No recycling bins in the room. The biggest issue is that, as it was raining at night, dripping water on the outside was hitting the HVAC unit that sits in the window making repeated loud "water drop" noise all night long!

Had a number of issues with the room I was staying in: mold and mildew in the shower, the doors on the shower and wardrobe were badly fitted and did not close properly, and the room window was taking in water during a rainstorm. Astonishingly, I was told by the staff that they were aware of the mold (then why was it not cleaned?) and the window (then why was it not fixed?) for some time, as though this was a proper excuse. They then had the audacity to try and charge me another $26 as a special hotel fee for resorts in the downtown area! Needless to say, I will not be staying at the Wyndham again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone.

Very nice hotel and staff however there was construction going on which was very inconvenient for getting around. Like I mean every time we tried to leave or enter the building we had to go through a maze. Then there was a jackhammering all afternoon. Like from noon until after 5:30 PM and we got an early check in to try to rest. The other minor negative was that there was only about one teaspoon of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. So I had to wash my hair with body wash. Clean. Nice room. Large TV. Big hotel. I would stay there again and hopefully the construction would be complete by then.

The property was clean.We were able to get an early check in which was nice. The Hotel manager who was working at the desk was nice but didnt seem overly friendly in nature. Keep an eye on your Expedia prices vs other things they add on at the hotel. Price of parking was different and all other Niagara Falls "taxes" added.

Stayed one night to celebrate a birthday in the family. There is active construction happening on the property and there was a jack hammer going on the main floor which was quite loud in the room on the 2nd floor. Parking is insanely expensive. The room was comfortable. No hand soap in the bathroom though and the beds are very soft which made for a tough night sleeping. Location is great if you’re going to the casino or attending a concert. Hotel was very clean. The desk attendant wasn’t super friendly. An OK stay. Good value for money if you can get something on a higher floor. Beware the extra soft beds though

Great location for the OLG theatre and casino BUT, property very run down. The tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and the room was very oold, bathroom horrible. Worst of all when I put the dead bolt on I got locked in the room! Took me over 10 minutes struggling with it to get it off. If there was a fire with no power and smoke we’d be in BIG, BIG trouble. Dead probably. When the maintenance man came he said they’d had problems with that door before! They compensated my parking and toke $50 off if room but the room should have been free!

Nice hotel but overpriced. Between the parking, the destination fee, the early check in rates, the gift shop, the dining options and whatever else they could get you with this is a very expensive place to visit.
