Rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. Laundry facility room was quite smelly, thankfully washing machine didn’t have an odour. No change onsite for facilities, thankfully staff were amazing and helped us out where they could. Parking across the road isn’t super convenient but better than no parking, just have to remember to validate it each time you leave. Not a whole lot around but if you cross border into Canada heaps of restaurants etc.

Scary area but great staff need help cleaning
The staff was extremely nice. We thought we were getting a view but instead our view was of thw equipment on the roof. The parking garage was very old and creepy. Felt very unsafe in it. Lifted the sheets to review the bed and the mattress pad was covered in hair and just looked nasty. Very run down area. However very close to the park and only a second walk. So very accessible.

Front desk staff are very rude and they dont care for customers..i requested ofr early checkin and they denied it and aske dot come back at 3pm. Even at 3pm they dosnt have any room assigned, they made me wait till 4pm. They have taken fro granted that customers would stay in their hotel as its near to niagra falls. Parking roles are not properly explianed. Very bad experince.

When we arrived at the hotel the room looked nice. However, it was tiny things that irritated me. Especially the shower being clogged! I had to wait an hour to get a shower after my niece because it was clogged. The next morning we called front desk and someone did fix the issue while we were out and about. Another issue was the swimming pool. When we were swimming there was something in the bottom of the pool maybe feces or something else gross! It was freezing water and the shower at the pool did not get warm water. I will not stay at Hyatt House there or anywhere else.

Great location to area attractions. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Parking is $10 which they validate, but the parking garage is down the road, we waited 10 min for the elevator that never moved from the 3rd floor, very sketchy, walked 4 flights of dirty nasty stairs to and from our vehicle. We paid $11.88 per person for the breakfast buffet that is FREE in every other Hyatt we have stayed in, the breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs were so crumbly you would be better off scooping them with a spoon. Our room was spacious, the floor looked like it needed a good cleaning, our city view was the parking garage across the street. We were able to catch the fireworks from the corridor window.
