Hotel was horrible. When we checked in, the light in our roomā€™s hallway was broken. Room was old and windows were dirty. Bathroom lacked lighting and didnā€™t have slippers or toothbrushes and we had to ask for them twice before being able to get them. Breakfast was served with a dirty spoon and asked for green tea and never came. Horrible experience.

The room had a beautiful view but the air conditioner didnā€™t work and made a constant dripping noise. The bathroom had shoddy fixtures, nowhere to hang towels to dry, and the floor was not properly sealed so water seeped in and then oozed back out whenever we walked in it. Also, the refrigerator started making noise so we had to unplug it to get back to sleep.

Easy to get to. Rooms are large with a great view. Several dining options in and around the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Central A/C and heat. A/C did not seem to cool the room very quickly, but eventually got there. Bathroom is large with great shelf space. Loved the chairs set up to enjoy the view.

There was a fire alarm on property which woke myself as well as other guest. It was a false alarm which was great but everyone trying to get out was chaos. I talked to desk clerk and asked to be compensated for the terrible inconvenience, and was denied
