There was 1 person to book people in had to wait over half an hour. The heater didn't work in our suite. Shower was dirty. 50$ oarking outrageous considering cost of room. Would not recommend

The hotel was close to several dining options, and some areas of the falls. Parking at the hotel is very expensive, $50.00 per night, so we chose to park elsewhere for less. This makes the location little less convenient. The room was clean, bed comfortable. No usb outlets, accessible outlets only on one side of bed, none at desk. Room was also very dark which when entering after dark required us to use our phone flashlight to locate lamp switches. There is a small fridge in the room, no coffee maker, or water. Few amenities. Free coffee in lobby. It was comfortable enough for sleeping, however the cost vs value, plus additional expensive parking fees would have me looking elsewhere when returning to the Niagara area.

Had a reservation for my girlfreinds birthday with a room overlooking the falls got to the facility they told me apparently they had maintenance issues and moved out reservation up the street to the Hilton whichbtheybtold me was an upgrade but far from it. Rooms view was blocked from the big Casino sign flashing all night long blocking what little view we had of the falls

They charged me an additional $50 to park in their private parking and reassured me that it was safe. My car got broken into overnight during my stay and the hotel is doing nothing about it. It was a terrible experience!
