FALSE CLAIMS OF AMENITIES.

Well- never again. Price was double when I booked 2 weeks in advance and hotel would not adjust. Also, not listed on hotels.com is the the fact there is a fee to park-for OUTDOOR Parking. In January, in NiagaraFalls. Hotel claims it has restaurant and bar- FALSE ADVERTISING. Was counting on room service breakfast. Good view, but I can get that at a better hotel. Also, they decided to bill me for “resort fee”. They have a pool- really?

Concierge was just security and actually grunted at ne when i asked a simple question Found bed bug in room and was told about company policy and how i was wrong Manager then said they were asking me to leave as i spoke rude to her. Qorst hotel stay in the falls. Qe stay in falls every march break and xmas and willNEVER SATY AT OAKES AGAIN. Pls dont be fooled by "falls :view" Literally worst experience ever. My wife and I lived in the falls for many years worked in the hotel industry so we are very laid back about gust service etc. I cant stress this enough... Worst stay in the falls ever!!!!!
