It wasn't the best of my choice. Check in was easy. I choose this hotel, because of the free continental breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. There was a limited selection, even the eggs wasn't real eggs. The pancake machine broke down all the time, the toaster didn't work properly. Cleanliness was poor. We stayed 3 nights, they did not clean the room. No garbage removal. I put out the towel and cleaning request, but they didn't come to clean our room. The staff was helpful, gave us clean towels, but I had to go and ask every time. The pool was cold, no hot tub. The room picture on the website, was different, then what we got. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard to find a parking, but we had to pay for it. I will never return into this hotel, and won't recommend it to everyone.

I like the location, my room had no microwave or phone and one garbage can... check in was late at 4:30 and our room was in another building, noth in building, no ice or vending machine it was a huge inconvenience. Will I stay here again NO.

Our original booking was for a room in the exterior building, which opened directly to the carpark, was almost at street level as well as being next door to a bubble tea shop - this meant we had little to no privacy. Thankfully we were able to upgrade to a room in the hotel proper (paying an additional $60 tax) p/night. This room was much nicer and private. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and I accept that I did book the original room (that's on me) however it did feel like the advertising for the original room was misleading (the photos and website info did not indicate its poor location /condition). Unless you are okay with a motel-like room I would only book rooms in the main hotel.

No like the other Quality and suites… breakfast was awful! there were instructions for a pancake machine but no pancake machine. Eggs were heated in front of us in a microwave. No milk either for coffee or cereal. Huge line for the only toaster since toasts were the only thing you could “enjoy”. Building wasn’t nice but the room reflected the quality I’m used with this company. Great bed, nice bathroom

The place is a good 3 stars with no doubt. The hotel was definitely recently renovated, spacious rooms with new furniture and décor, great pool area with deep end and warm water. Very comfortable beds including pillows and matrasses. Slightly small bathrooms but not dramatic, good enough to take a nice shower. One of the best parts was free breakfast. Eggs, sausages, fruits, coffee, yogurts, cakes etc. Very basic but good enough to make your feel satisfied with meal and carry on till lunch. Staff let us check in at 03:00pm that was very nice. Parking only $20 in comparison with other hotels it was almost free. Easy to park -short distance walking to rooms. The hotel's location is a great bonus-close to all attractions just walk down the street to enjoy them. I will recommend this place to all budget travellers, great value with low cost.

Close to the falls and Clifton Hill, plenty of dining options nearby. Rooms of the property is not advertised as on online which was let down once we saw the room, room is somewhat outdated, and isn’t modern. Also house cleaning is an option for some reason and not on a daily basis, Property has limited parking which makes tough sometimes to find a parking spot despite $20 a day.
