We went to Ramada hotel for a 2 nights trip. We checked in late for the first night and I appreciate that they accommodated our request for a higher level room. The bed wasn’t so comfortable very rough mattress. Next day when trying the hot tub the jet wasn’t working. Breakfast was good.

Good location, close enough to the main attractions in the falls but far enough from noise of tourist area to be quiet. Also, easy and quick access to get to Niagara on the Lake and St Catharines. Breakfast was good with lots of selection and staff was very friendly throughout hotel.

Booked several months ago and called to confirm that they indeed had wheelchair units. Got to the hotel and was told that all the accessable units were under construction. They simply offered to refund the unit price on a Saturday afternoon in one of the busiest places filled with tourists. What frustrates me is that Ramada is a large chain with many hotels in the Niagara Falls area, you think they would have found a suitable room at a different location? Instead they blamed Expedia and everyone else but themselves. Very difficult to use the bathroom when you can't even turn a wheelchair or walker around, no grab bars or accessable shower. Not nice that they took the easy way out and didn't take any responsibility for this unfortunate situation. I have been using Windham hotels for my stays over the years but after this it will be my last.

I went to that place with my wife and daughter. Like the hotel and staff. Our room was specious and warm, overseeing the river edge. Excellent washroom and toiletries. Finally, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious!! Will visit this hotel again for sure 😊.

It surprised me i was though only one double bed but as soon i open the door i said wow 2 double bed unexpected because i have a friend from calgary we pick her up from the airport i invite her to come with us i was thinking im going to ask extra single bed if i can but we already had 2 double bed in the size of the room is fits us im very happy clean and quite place i will come.back with my girls on the summer thank you Wyndham.
