We had a fallsview room and it was amazing. So beautiful to look out the window and see a panorama of all 3 falls. We even watched the fireworks from our room one night. We took grandkids to the attached water park. They had a great time. Buying the passes at the hotel let us take them in the afternoon/ evening one day and then the next morning. A 24 hour pass. Water park was fine. Food in waterpark was awful. They charge a non refunable fee for towels but we were able to get extras from the hotel to use. Arcade inside hotel is plenty large enough to suck the money right out of your wallet. We ate at Rainforest cafe also good. So with all this the kids had a great time. We even did mini golf next door. The hotel gave us two 1 day passes to the Wego bus which helped out alot. My only complaint is the room itself. No hooks on the walls no shelves or anything to hold toiletries not even a hook next to the shower for a towel. Obviously in line with the new completely bare box look in hotel design. For 4 people including 2 kids this added up to a really uncomfortable 3 day stay. Just very difficult to keep stuff organized. Especially with 8 wet bathing suits to be dealt with. This is a sad cheap out in a otherwise great hotel.

Overall our stay was ok, the view from our high floor fallsview room was spectacular. The room was a fine size, with a small sofa positioned well to admire the falls. We encountered an issue where we had the strong very smell of cigarette smoke coming in through a vent in the bathroom. The front desk was attentive to address it somehow and the smell had mainly disappeared after we got back from dinner, but returned the next morning. Very strange. The beds hadn't been made well, with the duvet unattached from the coverlet leaving it exposed and base sheets not fitting and easily moving to expose the mattress. Also, the shampoo was empty which was only discoverable once in the shower.

Amazing place to stay
Amazing staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly from the parking valets to the front desk people. The location is great, the wego bus stop is just across the street from the lobby.

The hotel staff was great, so helpful and polite. It was clean and I felt safe with my family. The buffet was so good. Many options. The only thing is there could be better lighting in the room. But otherwise I would stay there again.
