The staff is great. The location is good. The rooms are superficially clean but the appkiances dont work. The lighting is bad. The bathroom wasnt clean

We booked for a family of 4 and they gave us 2 towels. Our floors were very dirty. ( my white socks were black after 30 minutes) we received more towels after asking for them. They do not close the door when they clean the bathroom as the dust and cobwebs have been accumulating over time. Front desk was mediocre and the indoor pool was a bonus for tbe kids.

La chambre a besoin d’amour. C’est vieux mais ok. C’était propre en surface mais il y avait des saletés collés sur la porte du frigo, de la pâte à dent collé sur le mur de la salle de bain et des traces de pieds sur un mur. La piscine était très froide et pas très propre. Le déjeuner est dans une petite pièce fermée du sous sol où il faisait extrêmement chaud. Il manquait vraiment de propreté.

Nice motel. Loved it
Customer service is great. We had double bedrooms with 4 beds. 2 in each room. It was nice and clean. 10 minutes walk to Niagara Falls. Many restaurants near by. I loved it and would stay there again whenever I go there.

It is close to the falls and restaurants just 10mins walk.. the facilities of the hotel is out dated and you can smell weeds inthe room if someone smoking outside. The breakfast area is too small to cater all the guest and need to take a stair to the basement..overall its a fair hotel

It was very clean and the staff helpful and kind. It was run down some, but it looked like they were doing updates. The only complaint was that breakfast was in the basement, which was blazing hot and tiny.
