We stayed here for an anniversary weekend. The room was outstanding! The view!! The bed was very comfortable. And clean. The down side to me was the fact that they did not tend to the room. No garbage removal, or coffee replenishment. A few things I find important. They have a policy of not taking any linens, or towels for 3 days, and I get that. But no coffee? And garbage cans emptied? The restaurant was 6 star in service!! Food 4 stars.

Love the experience. The room is so clean and updated. It is a small space as I booked last minute but for business or couple experience, it is a great space. The view is remarkable for Fall Season. The staff are great!

Best stay we had in Niagara and we've been there multiple times! The hotel is newly renovated, clean, full room amenities and evey room has a beautiful views thanks to the building design. The penthouse elevator is quite tricky to use, but it didn't bother us too much. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful which made our stays much better! Shout out to Scott for all the accommodating with our check out process. Definitely recommend!
