Very late 4:00pm check-in allowed than other hotels, even customer arrived after 4:00pm, still let them wait for one hour to get room. The receptionist were totally unprofessional and treated customers unfriendly!

niagara Falls are so near it was very easy to get to and I’m handicap in a wheelchair with the service dog and I was able to get around very easily

It was convenient for walking around the falls area. The windows in the hotel hadn’t been cleaned in so many years they looked frosted. The street entrance to the hotel was a mess. It looked like a junkies alley. My wife and son’s girlfriend feared walking out it. The garage was structurally failing. Wyndham should be ashamed.

Great stay!
The hotel was beautiful. The area was convenient ans close to all the main attractions. The elevators were in rough shape and need of update. The parking was difficult, especially when it was open to the general public for a fee. Overall, the room itself was amazing. The cleanliness, view ans amenities made up for the minor inconvenience.

Front desk staff did not seem like they wanted to be there, slow, and limited people skills. Lobby looked nice, but the floors we visited had very dirty carpet in the hallways. Room seemed dingy and bathroom had a strange film over all surfaces. Not sure if the bathroom tub mat was simply there to keep from caving in. Felt unsafe. Had fun looking out the very dirty windows at the spiders making webs.

We weren’t able to get our 1st room until after 6, the 2nd was even later. The room itself wasn’t bad, the hotel itself really needs updated. The carpets are horribly dirty. The elevators stopped working correctly.

The property was dirty, inside and out Starbucks closes daily at 2 The eating area was full of dirty dishes There are stairs when you enter the hotel. No ramp for your bags. I went to the Sheraton down the street, wherevthe starbucks was open and the property was significantly nicer.

Nice but needs updates
Hotel is decent but is definitely in need of structural update. There seems to have been a cosmetic update in the late few years but the leaks and other rusted out areas can't be covered with paint. The linens and bed were clean and comfortable. And at the end of the day we just needed to sleep and start off with a shower. Err shower/bath since the drains didn't seem to drain very fast.
