The location was perfect for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Very clean and quiet. Comfy bed, nice amenitiies. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the area. You can’t find better accommodations then this location. Great check in/out instructions from host with contact details for any questions or concerns.

Spacious accommodation in the heart of town. Clean and well equipped efficiency suite with sweet little touches inside and an awesome terrace. Theatres and multiple dining options all within walking distance. We will book again for sure.

Proprietor "Orsi" was amazing - great communication!! We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and could not have been more pleased. Room was exceptional, balcony especially. So many cute amenities, from coffee and snacks to wine glasses to outdoor chair cushions. Such personal touches go a long way toward pleasing guests! Walking distance to everything, and an affordable rate makes this place the secret hidden jewel of NOTL! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Not quite a suite!
We booked the Diana suite for the week (5 days 4 nights). Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Ideally located. Nice balcony. Quiet area. Downsides: This is not a suite. We were expecting a kitchen area to prepare daily breakfast but there is no countertop. Also, there is no lounge area only one armchair. Too many decorations. Too many cushions. The armchair was used to store the cushions! When you are on vacation, you need space to settle in. There is no mirror in the room. If you want to see what you look like, there is only one at the bottom of the step before leaving the building. Coffee was for 3 mornings and not 4. No milk. Only one pack of coffee mate. Sweets were a nice touch, but we would have preferred milk cups for coffee. Sink is so small it barely held the plates. Not worth the price we paid. If we wanted only a room, we would have booked in an hotel for less and would have had at least daily cleaning.

Very lovely mini suite, with super comfortable bed and lovely sitting porch over the street. Very responsive hosts and close and walkable to the main area of NOTL.

Great location and lovely large appointed room
Easy instructions on how to access the parking and room. Room was lovely, nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable but seemed smaller than a Queen. The only annoyance was the inability to turn off the deck lights as it made the room lighter than I would have liked. The location was really great. Overall a really nice stay.

Orsi is a great host and was quick to answer questions we had about the property. The property is very well kept and attention is paid to every detail…nothing is missed. Location is fantastic! Just a short walk from shops and restaurants and it was great having a private parking lot! We plan to vacation here again and highly recommend this property.

Very nice, comfortable property and clean. What I didn’t like was the flight of steep stairs I had to climb to get to the suite. It would of been great if that was mentioned in the advertisement of the property.

This is our 2nd year at Suites on King and the property is magnificent. Great location, easy checkin and well appointed. The Diana suite has just enough kitchen for snacks, take away meals in the room, but there is a larger option w a full kitchen. We will be returning again for sure. Owner is very responsive and courteous and the space is so lovely. Thank you for our stay!

Location is great! Room was clean and communication with the host was very good. Unfortunately the A/C stopped working early in our stay so it got pretty hot in the room which made it pretty uncomfortable and definitely put a damper on our stay. With the exception of that though, it’s a great property and location.

Great location, easy free parking. Kitchen is well equipped including coffees and teas. Nice deck to sit on. Lots of stairs to get up, which could be an issue for some. Very safe. This is my second stay. I slept on the pull out bed and it was very comfortable.

Awesome location, and parking behind property very convenient. 10 minute walk to Shaw Festival Theatre, 2 minute walk to Queen street restos & shops. Quiet and property manager easy to reach. Room very clean and quaint.
