This hotel is a great location, you can walk everywhere from here. The staff were so helpful letting us have an early check in when we got there just to ask if we could drop off luggage! They also let us store luggage for hours on check out day. The staff were so welcoming, always greeting us when we walked past to go out/ return.

Perfect!
The service was fantastic. We love Zach. The room was clean and the perfect size. Absolutely no complaints. It was located in the main Nice area. Central to everything. Lots to do and explore. Close to Nice Ville, the train station. I highly recommend it!

On arrival, we had to wait in reception for about 10 mins without any information as to why. Then a friendly gentleman came through the door and booked us in. To be fair he could have popped out to get some dinner as it was 11pm . The hotel was fine the beds were comfortable just a bit tired. Lacking TLC. But for 1 night and the price was ok. Very good for seeing Nice and very close to the station.

Staff friendly, bed comfy but didn’t like the room opposite us smoking. The smell filled the hallway and came into our room.

The hotel is in a very sketchy area, and even cab drivers recommended not to stay there. The rooms were filled with stained furniture and linens. There were terrible smells coming from the washrooms. The shower faucets were falling off. There was no safe in the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic as it was very close to the train station and made travelling to different locations very easy. Rooms were basic but comfortable & clean, staff very welcoming and polite. Great value for money

The room was very spacious and beds werebclean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small though. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk fron the train station and a few minutes walk to the main street and tram. What made the trip enjoyable is the very accommodating front desk staff named Mousad as he gave us great insights as to where to go and tips on making our travel easier. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for short stay in Nice
This hotel was a perfect spot for our quick overnight stay. The location is great- within a 5 minute walk from the train station, a block away from a main strip with lots of food and shopping, and a 10 minute walk from the beach and Old Town. The front desk is available 24hrs and was very friendly and helpful with local suggestions. While breakfast isn’t complimentary, they did have the option to purchase food and beverage. The room is snug but cute, but had a comfortable bed, and outlets on the night stand. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee is available for purchase in the lobby. For a short stay, this was a great location and hotel that met all our needs.

nice clean basic hotel near main street & train
nice clean basic small hotel just off main street, food and bar outlets within a minutes walk. Close to central train station. tram on main street very convenient. smallish room but quiet and beds comfortable, clean and neat..very small lift 1 person and bag. very helpful staff , arrived early and got into room.would recommend
