Highly recommended in this price category. Great boutique apart hotel right in the centre of all the activity bars restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and 2 from a tram. Clean, tidy, small kitchionette with basic stuff, super friendly and helpful staff. Loved my stay.

Basically, a room in the center of Nice, on a very touristy street. Noisy at night and early morning when all the rubbish is collected. No room service unless you ask for it. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, with two coffee capsules of provided for my 7 day stay. If you want more capsules, you gotta pay for them. Luckily, there's a Nespresso shop around the corner on Place Masséna, so I bought original capsules there for less than knockoffs provided by the hotel. The common areas were dirty and worn out. The room was okay. You basically pay for the location. Don't expect luxury.

Great location, near to beach and shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was useful to be able to leave our bags for a few hours when we checked out. The room was small for an apartment, and the decor is slightly dated. It was great to have the kitchen facilities to make our own food.

Fantastic stay and super friendly reception staff always willing to help. The hotel is so close to all the shops and also the old town. 7 min walk and easy from Jean medicine tram. No need for a taxi.

For the price we paid, the condition of the room was not at all satisfactory! We would expect a lot better for this price range! Everything was extremely old and dated - from furniture, to very uncomfortable fold out chair-beds for the kids, to bathroom, to towels, etc. We believe the room we booked was not what we received either. The owners should consider upgrading the room decor and furnishings. However, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the location was great. So if that is your focus, it will do.

room was large enough for a single but dismal looking inside, particularly when compared to nearby AMMI Lafayette. Elevator and stair situation poor, hotel signage situation outside horrible. Mini kitchen amenities not nearly as good as AMMI Lafayette except refrigerator, which was decent size. Need shelf for soap dispenser in shower, provide more coffee pods, bigger table or counter space needed.

We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! Since this is a older building, the elevator is tiny and on middle of the floors. One of our rooms was very spacious and well setup but the other room was tiny, we had 3 people in each rooms, the 2nd room had barely any place to walk after the 3rd pull out bed was opened. We did pay the same for both our rooms. Might be because of how they were made from older apartments, so something to communicate with them early if possible. The front staff was helpful and helped with checkin after hours. The reception stays open from 7 AM to 8PM so if you are checking in outside this window make sure to communicate with them, they were very responsive.
